Roy Dean Seminar 2012

Last week really was a great week. My Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor Roy Dean came over from the US to run a week of classes for his UK affiliates. On Monday and Tuesday Roy came up to our new Academy and taught both days which was fantastic for both me and my students. I also spent some private time with Roy on both these days so he could analyse my game and let me know the areas I need to work on. On Saturday Roy ran a 4 hour seminar for us where he showed us some fantastic new techs which I will definitely be adding to my game. We had two special guests attend…purple belt BJJ blogger and artist Seymour Yang (Meerkatsu) and British MMA star Jeff Lawson.
